| 1 | About Payment & Refund | Non-refundable because it is considered that you have read and acknowledged the agreement after payment. Full-Payment only, Not accept deposit. Customer queues will be organized based on the order of payment. Full refunds are only possible if I am unable to work due to urgent commitments or emergencies preventing me from completing the work on time. | |
| 2 | Working Process | My commission service is Skeb-like / Suprise Me. Normally, it takes me 1-3 days to complete 1 work, depending on the customer queue. If I finish within one day, it doesn't mean I'm rushing. it's my normal working process. | 3 | Working Time & Emergency | The commission will be delivered within 15 days of payment. If I don't have the update for more than 15 days, please contact me again. | 8 | Detailed Character | If customer's character design is highly detailed (overall design, clothing, accessories, wings, etc.), we may consider simplifying details to fit my style. | |
| 9 | Outfit Design | Not accepting outfit designs The customer must already prepare an outfit design for your character. If the reference is an Outfits adoptable, it should be a design that's legally purchased. I don't draw from designs you don't own the rights to (except Fanart from fandoms that allow it, like HYV games). | |
| 10 | Revisions | Since it's Skeb-like, there will be post-work edits in case I forgot to draw really important parts, such as moles under the eyes, earrings, tattoos, and other things that have been specified or highlighted as needing to be drawn. |
